Patrick BohenFinancial Planning

Patrick is a financial services representative partnering with Robert F. Fahey Jr. and Associates and is currently an independent investment advisor holding the Series 7 and 66 licenses. He graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Pat has over 20 years of investment experience and began his career with the Private Banking group of a national bank (a predecessor of Bank of America) in Buffalo. He was promoted to a position in Boston where he spent over a decade in that investment community, several years with Sanford C. Bernstein and ultimately the high net worth, Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch.

As a Buffalo native, Pat always wanted to return to Western New York and share his investment experience working directly with clients, assisting them with portfolio management and strategic wealth planning. He spent several years in a leadership position with a local wealth management firm before partnering with the Faheys. As an independent advisor, he is free to do what is best for the client and, with his partners at Robert Fahey Financial, he can collaborate with a team of experienced, certified planners in coordination with his own investment expertise. This provides a comprehensive solution set to address clients’ complex financial needs.

Pat is active in the community, and has served on various boards, primarily related to education and health. He is a board member and investment committee member of the St Joseph’s Fund, which is the investment entity for the Diocese of Buffalo. He is also a former board member of The BISON Fund and the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center Leadership Group. He is also a past president of the Canisius High School Alumni Board.

Pat is married to Molly Beecher Bohen, also a Buffalo native and they have two kind and accomplished children. One is a graduate of Nardin Academy and the other, Canisius High School. At any time you can find him fishing a stream or river, cheering for the Bills or cherishing time with friends and family.
