Joe is a financial services representative at Robert F. Fahey Jr. & Associates. He is a Canisius College graduate, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Accounting Information Systems and Masters of Science (MS) in Forensic Accounting. He began his accounting career at Ernst & Young, LLP, an international tax and accounting firm. At EY, he earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and was promoted to a senior role while working with a number of different teams and clients.

With a diverse background in accounting and finance, Joe obtained his Series 7 and 66 licenses. Financial planning has always been an integral part of his life. His father, Bob, has a lifelong career in the industry, and Joe knew from a young age that he wanted to join his team. Joe continues to witness the impact his father has as a trusted advisor and plans to carry on the legacy of not only positively impacting his clients’ financial futures, but also in building lifelong friendships. Joe recently achieved the distinguished designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ after meeting rigorous education, examination, and experience requirements across 72 topic areas of expertise. CFP® professionals are committed to strict ethical standards, designed to assure that clients’ needs always come first.

Joe is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. When he is away from the office, Joe is an avid tennis player and golfer and loves to get together with family and friends to cheer on the hometown Buffalo Bills and Sabres. He currently resides in Clarence with his wife Anne and two children, Madison and Connor.
